At NOW Aluminium, we strive for perfection in every architectural installation, but we understand that plans can change. Please note that while standard components can be returned within 14 days, our custom-fabricated aluminium bifold doors and windows are made to order and are subject to specific cancellation terms.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Assessment and Approval

  Our technical team will review your request to determine if the items are standard stock or custom-made, ensuring they are in their original, uninstalled condition.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging and Collection

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap to prevent transit damage; we will then coordinate a professional courier collection or provide a return address.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, we will inspect the aluminium profiles for damage and process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
